Scale Indicator IntegrationEvery Cardinal indicator — from the 225 Navigator truck-scale terminal to the single-port 185 Rival — offers a selectable continuous output on its serial ports, in the SMA standard or Cardinal's scoreboard formats. CloudAgg reads that stream over serial or TCP/IP and runs your scale house from the cloud: ticketing, pricing, inventory, dispatch, and an unattended kiosk. Your indicator stays exactly where it is.
Cardinal indicators stream per-port continuous output in the industry-standard SMA format or Cardinal's SB-400/SB-200 scoreboard strings. CloudAgg reads them as-is — set the port, point the relay, done.

Serial-only indicator or no option card? A serial-to-Ethernet device server such as the Moxa NPort 5110/5150 (typically around $100) puts the RS-232 stream on your network — no changes to the indicator, no recertification of the scale. Details on the integrations overview.

Yes. The 225 streams continuous output on any of its four serial ports; CloudAgg reads it over a direct serial connection, Cardinal's Ethernet TCP/IP option card, or a ~$100 serial-to-Ethernet device server.
Two options: let CloudAgg read the same SB-400 scoreboard stream the display is already consuming (a device server can tap it), or switch the port to SMA continuous and drive the display from CloudAgg's print station instead. We sort this out on the onboarding call.
SMA continuous is the cleanest choice — it's a standard menu selection on the port. Cardinal's SB-400/SB-200 scoreboard formats work too if that's how your site is already wired.
Yes. The 825 has Ethernet TCP/IP built in — CloudAgg connects directly over the network, no extra hardware. Its serial ports work as well.
No. CloudAgg is a read-only listener on the indicator's output — the same stream that feeds a scoreboard. It records the certified weight exactly as transmitted and never alters it; the indicator remains the legal-for-trade device.
